Not dead... @ 10:25 pm

I've just been having such a... really weird year, mentally. There was a period where I kinda felt like my body was being taken over by a personality that wasn't my own, that kinda freaked me out more than I mentioned to anyone, and I kinda - severed all ties everywhere except for my one to Roy. I seem to be back to normal now, more or less. I got back on/off Celexa (off right now), and I seem to be doing okay.

There have been a few developments. I'm tentatively beginning EMT/Paramedic training later this year. The next couple of quarters will mainly be filled with A&P/Medical Terminology/Spanish/Physical training in preparation for being a paramedic, and I will actually begin training in the fall. Once I'm certified (in about a year and a half) I'm joining the Navy, and Roy will finally be moving here for us to get married. After my four or so years in the Navy, I'll be going to medical school.

Still can't find a job, but hopefully the casinos just over the state line will hire me as a blackjack dealer. Roy's visiting in late July/early August, so I have that to look forward to.

I think that's the most important stuff that's been going on lately.

Hey! Glad to hear, er, read from you. Sorry it hasn't been the best year for you. Sounds like you've got some solid plans for the future, though, which is a good thing. Wish I could say as much about my future. Best to you and Roy. =)

Thanks, I'm sorry to hear that things haven't been going too great for you lately, getting all your stuff stolen really, really sucks. :(

I'm curious, how are you able to survive without working? And do you still have the medical anomalies page?

I'm really lucky in that my dad went crazy in Vietnam during the war and now the military pays for school and most of my living expenses (I get about 900 dollars a month).

I still 'have' it, in that it's still there, though I haven't really had the time or not the motivation to keep it up, sadly. It's something I would like to do, I just can't be arsed to do it lately. :P
